Bob has practiced law with the firm since 1973. He specializes in municipal financing, including tax-exempt financing for hospitals and other 501(c)(3) organizations. He has been a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers since 1981. He has been a speaker on municipal finance law at various conferences dealing with municipal finance law at varies conferences dealing with municipal infrastructure and is one of the authors of the 1985 Department of Commerce publication “Financing Community Water and Sewer Systems in Montana,” Second Edition. Bob has served as general counsel to the Montana Facility Finance Authority (formerly the Montana Health Facility Authority) since 1986.​
