BIO
Burt is a shareholder at the firm where his primary areas of practice are banking and creditor’s rights, general civil litigation, real property, employment law, and commercial law. He primarily represents private clients, commercial and nonprofit businesses, financial institutions, and insurance companies. Prior to law school, Burt served as assistant vice president of Big Horn Federal Savings Bank in Cody, Wyoming. Burt has been an active volunteer in his community and has served as a director of the Chamber of Commerce and his local Rotary chapter.
