John serves the firm in an “of counsel” position and is experienced in banking and commercial law, bankruptcy-creditor’s rights, employment law, foreclosures, real estate, corporations, wills, trusts, and probate. John is admitted to practice in all Montana State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Montana, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Montana, First Judicial District Bar Association, and served as chair of the Uniform District Court Rules Commission. ​
