BIO

Erin is a native Montanan, born and raised on a family ranch in Helena.  After earning her undergraduate degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from the University of Providence in 2014, Erin moved to Missoula to attend law school at the University of Montana.  In law school, Erin was a member of National Moot Court Team where her team placed 3rd and won Best Brief in the national competition. While in law school, Erin interned at a premier litigation firm and gained extensive experience representing business and insurance clients.  Erin also obtained practical and effective trial advocacy skills during her year-long clinic with the Missoula County Attorney’s Office. Erin’s practice emphasis is general civil litigation, business law, and family law. In addition to practicing law, Erin has committed herself to community service and is a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
